No. We do not currently have a physical location, although it is something we may consider in the future. In the meantime, we hope you enjoy your shopping experience on our website!

- My card details are not being accepted, why is this?

If you are travelling in a different country and trying to use a card that is registered elsewhere, the payment will not be accepted.
- I'm not in Australia. Does Azra the Label ship to my country? How long does international shipping take?

Yes! We ship globally so as long as there is a working postal system in your country, we will ship to you. :) To make sure that we ship to your specific location, please go to our website and click on the shopping cart to see the shipping section at checkout.
- How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours. If your order is placed outside of business hours, it will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Once your order is processed, the shipping time varies based on the shipping method that is chosen.
- Do you ship to the EU & USA? If so, how will orders to the EU be shipped? How much will my customs fees be?

Yes, we ship to the EU & The USA. To get your order to you, we've partnered with several couriers to ship your order. Custom fees differ from each country and state, please follow up with your local authority.
- What is your return policy?

At this time, we only offer returns or exchanges if the item is faulty, so please see for sizing charts or contact us if you have any questions in the event you are uncertain before making your purchase.
The main reason for this is due to the fact that we are still a small business, and cannot afford to have other customers miss out on our fast-selling items due to changes of mind.We offer exchanges in the event of an item being an incorrect fit, however the customer wears the cost of return at their own expense.
Please send us an email with your order number for the return address within 10 days of placing your order, and we will be happy to provide all required details.
Upon exchange please ensure all tags are on and the items haven’t been worn or washed. The same policies apply for both domestic and international orders.
- Do you offer change of mind refunds?
